Limited Warranty
ECar Lab warrants all manufactured products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the unit only. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring errors, water damage, or misuse.
Motorsport Disclaimer (Off-Road Use Only)
All products are designed and sold for professional motorsport and off-road competition use only. The use of these products on public roads may violate local laws and emissions regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Motorsport is inherently dangerous. ECar Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including engine failure, vehicle damage, or personal injury, resulting from the installation or use of our products. The user assumes all risks associated with high-performance engine tuning.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund before the item has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the standard Return Policy applies.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products with signs of installation or mounting.
- Units with broken “Warranty Void” seals.
- Custom-made wiring harnesses or customized ECU configurations.
- Downloadable software or digital unlock codes.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs and payment gateway fees (e.g., PayPal/Stripe fees) are non-refundable.
